Accolade Wines, renowned for its award-winning winemakers, has unveiled an exciting new venture aimed at revitalising the old-world wine category. The company has launched a premium European wine brand named Remastered, which is now available in Tesco stores. This innovative series features two Italian wines: a Sangiovese and a Sicilian Fiano, designed to captivate a new generation of wine enthusiasts.

A Fresh Approach to Premium Italian Wines

The Remastered series taps into the growing consumer demand for high-quality Italian wines. This sector has experienced a remarkable £5.6 million growth in the £7+ Italian wine category year-on-year. By introducing two distinctive varietals, Remastered offers a taste of Italy’s renowned vineyards, aiming to meet the needs of those who prefer enjoying wine at home rather than in bars or pubs. Priced at £10 per bottle, these wines promise an elevated yet accessible taste experience.

Bold and Modern Branding

Remastered stands out with its unique and vibrant branding. The stylish bottles feature striking and playful imagery that reflects their Italian heritage, ensuring they catch the eye on store shelves. This modern approach is designed to transform how younger consumers perceive and enjoy wine, making the Remastered series a bold addition to any wine collection.

Sangiovese: This medium-bodied wine is rich with aromas of morello cherry and damson, accented by undertones of winter spice and delicate tannins.

Sicilian Fiano: A full-bodied wine with fresh acidity and tropical fruit notes, complemented by hints of lemon and cedar for a long, crisp, citrus finish.

Quality and Security with Custom Labels

To ensure the security and traceability of their high-value assets, Accolade Wines has partnered with Custom Labels to produce UltraTuff asset tags. These tags offer enhanced resistance to abrasions, chemicals, and general wear and tear, performing well even in outdoor conditions. Available in silver metallised (ordered by Accolade Wines) or white polyester, the tags feature a heavy-duty polycarbonate top layer to protect barcodes, QR etc or graphics, while the high-performance 3M adhesive ensures long-term bonding.
