We supply and manufacture custom hard hat labels for construction companies across the UK and worldwide. The labels are made from a Vinyl with a ‘Water-based adhesive’, this is approved for use on safety hats, crash helmets, and other safety equipment. Unlike many other adhesives, our water-based adhesive will not damage or degrade the hard hat.
The hard hat labels can be produced in full-colour photo quality print with a company logo and name on a durable clear or colour printed vinyl. Labels can be produced with sequential numbers, QR and barcodes added at no extra cost for initial distribution.
We manufacture the labels in 4 standard sizes or custom sizes by contacting us directly, we can also include text, sequential numbers, barcode or QR code onto the label if required. Labels are manufactured in sheets and presented in an A4 fold out box for quantities of 100+.
Site safety is paramount and keeping track of equipment such as hard hats and tools is easier when the items are clearly marked with a highly durable hard-to-remove label.
We also manufacture large labels for equipment, tools, and machinery for a number of hire companies. The inclusion of QR codes allows these companies to provide digital manuals and contact information to the user.
